33 sqm including balcony or terrace; The popular De-Luxe rooms are furnished in a classic tropical style. All 29 Deluxe rooms are equipped with ensuite Bathroom with bidet.

Prestige Rooms
67 sqm including balcony or terrace; The Prestige rooms are elegantly fitted-out with a light tone plaited wooden furniture and decorated with sea-blue cotton and silk fabrics. Equipped with large bathroom comprising of a bathtub and separate shower, independent toilets with bidet, separate double washbasins. Internet access and 2 telephones are also installed for your use.

Junior Suites
78 sqm including terrace or balcony; The Junior Suites are delicately decorated with pastel green fabrics and furnished with dark wood furniture. The lounge, guest's toilet, Internet access, 3 telephones and 2 TV sets make the Junior Suites extra special.

Presidential Suites
119 sqm including large balcony or terrace, the master bedroom is nestled by a private bathroom comprising of separate shower and bathtub, double washbasins and a walk-in closet. Large lounge and guest's toilet and 2nd bedroom is also included with Internet access, Fax machine 3 telephones and 2 TV sets. The Presidential suites are also declined on 2 themes giving each its own character.

Food & Beverage

The Belle Vue
At 546 sqm, the Belle Vue is Maritim's main restaurant seating 300. This terrace restaurant rests upon a split-level platform under an atmospheric expansive wooden roof.

Breakfast: 07.30 - 10.30 hrs Buffet with an extensive selection of hot and cold dishes, home-made bread, tropical fruits, cereals, pastries etc.
Dinner: 18.30 - 22.30 hrs 5 times a week different buffets or barbecues are laid on. On the other days, guests are invited to sample table d'hôte menus with several choices for the various courses.
Once seated at your table, you are treated to excellent views over the pool and the sea. Vegetarian meals are also available.

Mon Désir - Gourmet Restaurant
The 180 sqm Mon Désir Restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, evenings 19.00 - 23.00 hrs. Mon Désir seats 40 guests. An à la Carte restaurant par excellence, here you are invited to try international delicacies in the sumptuous intimacy of this air- conditioned venue. Guests on half-board tariffs receive a credit of Rs.350 each.

La Marée - Beach Restaurant
Seafood specialities and other grillades are served in the rustic atmosphere that is La Marée. Open daily for lunch from 12.00 - 15.00 hrs, guests enjoy a 'plat du jour' as well as a grill selection. La Marée offers 80 covers and is also open 5 evenings a week from 19.00 - 23.00 hrs. Guests on a half-board tariff receive a credit of Rs. 350. The Quarter Deck
This is the main bar perched on the sea with incredible views over the whole bay. It proudly portrays a distinctive maritime ambience. A snack menu is available throughout the day. Happy Hour: 17.00 - 19.00 hrs from Monday to Sunday with live music.

The Pool Lounge
Overlooking the pool, relax in comfort. Afternoon tea with homemade pastries and fresh crêpes are available as you soak up the sun and the view before you.

The Beach Bar
Nicely situated amidst the palm trees on the beachfront. Drinks, snacks and grills are available during the day.

Facilities & Activities

Facilities at the Maritim include a 9 hole Par 29 golf course designed by Graham Marsh, a fully equipped gym spread across 150 air conditioned sqm, riding stables with 8 – 12 horses and ponies and 3 floodlit tennis courts. For water sports, the boat house is open daily from 9.30 to 17.00 providing all kinds of water sports including water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, sailing (hobie-cats and lasers) canoeing, pedalos and glass bottomed boat trips. The Maritim’s Diving Centre is equipped to take 10 divers on 2 dives per day, with all equipment provided. The "Fu Sui An" Spa has a range of treatments with a sauna and steam room, plunge pool and an outdoor relaxation area. The Maritim offers three exciting venues for dinner, with a range of cuisine from table d’hôte menus and grills to á la carte international delicacies
