NOBU: World-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa continues to redefine Japanese cuisine in a contemporary space that mixes traditional and modern Japanese elements. At Atlantis, Nobu infuses his cutting edge style with Arabian influences to create a distinctly urban experience. Incorporating Nobu’s signature dishes as well as new surprises, the menu is complemented by a sushi bar and sake lounge.

OSSIANO: Santi Santamaria, the three star Michelin chef, offers gourmet seafood and a seductive ambience in the underwater world of Atlantis. In his first venture outside Europe, the ‘Architect of Food’ offers an intensity of flavours and a focus on technique with his Catalan cuisine in an elegant space inspired by the ocean depths. It’s the perfect location for an intimate dining experience, with unmatched views of the exotic marine life of the Ambassador Lagoon.

RONDA LOCATELLI: Created in partnership with Italian Celebrity Chef Giorgio Locatelli, Ronda Locatelli presents a sophisticated menu tracing its roots to classic Italian cuisine blended with new flavours. This inviting venue entices diners with the aroma from pizzas, fresh breads and al forno dishes, all prepared in four centrally located wood-fired ovens.

ROSTANG: Two star Michelin Chef Michel Rostang brings Paris to Dubai in this traditional French brasserie with a modern twist. A raw bar offering a lavish display of fresh seafood and a patisserie from which delicacies are available throughout the day, are complemented by classic French cooking in the brasserie.

LEVANTINE: A true taste of Arabia featuring the cuisines of the region with live Arabic entertainment surrounded by explosive colours and scents of the Middle East.

NASIMI: Nestled in a breezy and relaxed beachside setting, Nasimi serves classic poolside cuisine throughout the day, as well as fresh Asian and European cuisine with the finest ingredients in the evening.

SEAFIRE: A New York-style steak house serving the finest cuts of beef, including Japanese Wagyu, all-natural grain fed Australian beef, and US Black Angus, all prepared to order on a wood-burning grill.

KALEIDOSCOPE: This inviting family restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, complemented by influences of Northern Africa - Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. PLATO'S: Found just off the Royal Towers Lobby, Plato’s is a traditional Arabian coffee house with a wide range of refreshments for any time of the day or night, specialising in a connoisseur’s collection of coffees, teas and Arabic pastries. BARAZURA: Designed in a cool blue and striking metallic colours, this elegant bar is a place to see and be seen, overlooking Palm Jumeirah, it serves the latest cocktails, wines and champagnes.

SANCTUARY: From the founder of Buddha Bar comes this modern baroque nightclub, including a dance club, lounge area and outdoor terrace. The club features a dance floor surrounded by a suspended catwalk, with the music brought to life by the latest lighting technology. The more relaxed lounge opens up to an outdoor terrace with a fountain surrounded by Majlis tents with lounge style seating
